Working on a vulkan game engine for fun. Learning Ray-Tracing.
I made the guide as easy as I could make it. I don't think there would be a easier of doing it with out doing it for you.

(See, guys this is how you should deal with things like this. Being nice, calm, and not fucking insulting.)

If you're saying that's hard to understand, well, just go through it again, I got it all to work fine first shot, but if you do restore HPZ, please edit the art and layout, 'cause I know pretty much everybody in the community has seen their fill of HPZ for a life time.

I am adding the Hidden Palace zone collision fix for my program, but I will not add the art. I too believe we have too many Hpzs so I'll leave it up to you with how you make art or add the old art.

Easy enough to follow, but the links to HPZ collision data no longer work. Happen to know in which offset range the HPZ collision data is located in the beta rom?

Well this is your lucky day, I still have them laying around.

    Here they are.

OH, and for quick reference, HPZ collision data.

Thanks man. Now if I could only add new stuff, suck as the water slides working and such. My assembly skills are pretty crappy.

    R. Solaris made an object that makes the water slides work, I have yet to try it out, it was a while back, not finding the topic on here but I can get a link to it at SSRG, one sec.

*insert about 2 minuites of looking here*

Ok, here's the topic. He said he was sharing it with everyone, I'm not sure if he wanted credit or not for the use of it, he's a member here so you could probably PM and ask, he didn't say anything about credit over at SSRG in that topic so I just thought I'd make note of it.

When it comes to hacks these days, you really need to go the extra mile. Pallete and layout edits are nothing. I've done a few, but never made any mention of them as I'm aware of the lameness factor. I have a basic concept of assembly, and could do some modifications if I really put my mind to it. But being that like 95% of my work is in C, I'm hindered. Also the fact I am pretty f'in drunk right now doesn't help, haha. Maybe in a few months when I don't have to worry about writing my own compiler I can devote some serious time and energy to actually having fun with computer shit.

    To restore the collision:

    Click "Cheats and other stuff"
Load your ROM by clicking "Open the Rom!"
    Click "Restore Hidden Palace"
    Exit the Program

    And Presto! Collision works.

(This does not restore the art because I am a firm believer in making your own art ;). Also, this is for an unedited in ESE ROM. If anyone wants me to add the other pointer, just say. I just figured not many people use ESE anymore.)

Well that sucks. Restored HPZ, then decided to play with the dissambly not realizing that would break HPZ.

Yeah I released the object that made the Waterslides work, I extracted the Hardcoded Oil object and modified it's property for HPZ. The object can be virtually set anywhere in the rom and it must be by where the Slide is because it has to be "initialized" in order to work. You can give credit to me if you want.

Stephen's right, please work on your English, it's helpful as I have practicly no bloody idea what you're trying to say there.

Anyway, I think this is exactly what you're looking for.
