Tyson Modern Sonic? Oh, damn. Not one, but two plugs in the animation. Animation is expensive, after all.
First episode was good. Yeah, if you want to get the buyer audience interested, high quality shorts will do the trick. Good merch commercial too.
Knuckles' S&K theme expanded is rad. It's like a fighting game stage. Divorcing themselves from movie promotion? Interesting take to let Paramount handle all of it.
Yup, Classic Sonic timeline split confirmed. I can think of at least ten people foaming at the mouth about that.
Just this year. Wasn't it last year where we had a few amazing questions, like a little kid asking about Michael Jackson's involvement in Sonic 3? This year's questions did suck.
Gotta say, I am pleased with the panel this year. Glad to see Adventure Sonic getting his own mini-series with Team Sonic Overdrive. Good music remixes and some actual decent news about Team Sonic Racing. There was also the IDW comics being confirmed as their own canon which should be a relief to some of the comic folk (FUCK PENDERS).
Man, I'm sure glad I muted the stream when the Q&A started. The game announcement felt kind of insulting, though. Not even one of those dumb logo teasers?
I'll take a "it's in production" announcement over a dumb logo or unfinished footage. Just knowing they are making one is good enough for me.
No intel about the Movie sounds like they want to stay as far away from it as possible. I read somewhere that there'll be a Paramount event next week or something? The Trailer may debut there. TSR:Overdrive was great news, I'll surely want to see Part2. And TSR itself seems quite rad, that's nice. The whole portion of the episode with Big will surely turn into a meme. It has to! It was so funny xD About the Knuckles Mania Remix...what exactly was the easter egg inserted at the end of it? New Main Title announcement out of blue, at the very end of the panel. Felt like an afterthought... Well, it was fun and had quite the nice things. Gotta wait for more news the coming months.
