International Badnik Contest

I vote for the cat. It's the greatest.

 

Do we still need to do a VRAM dump? if not im sure a lot more people would enter.

 

My vote goes to the cat badnik, I like its design and it looks nice. It seems like something you'd expect from that game.

 

I have no idea on what to do for VRAM

 

So the blocks get split like this? (I really want to enter the comp)

 

The point of that contest was to encourage the use of custom enemies in hacks, saying the VRAM dump is not required would defeat the purpose of the contest.

 

It may defeat the purpose, but it would also get more then 2 contestants.

 

Those are 6x6 blocks.

EDIT: Still voting one badnik out of three, that doesn't seem like a fair contest since the rules were 3 badniks. ICEknight, I guess you had too hard deciding yourself, but rules are rules. If people only like one badnik, the other badniks are not counted even if they were among the selectors. Hard competition with two real entries I must say. Both deserves to win because of the amount of work.

 

Heh, I'm suprised that more people didn't enter. O_o;

So people decided to forget about this contest again.
ICEknight should have announced the winner instead. It's way past deadline. He's the one giving out the prizes anyway. Why let the people decide when they don't care anyway? All they want is to get to see Genocide as soon as possible.

 

Sad, but true.

I liked the Swan enemy. It seemed the most interesting badnik. Count my vote!

 

How on earth did he aquire the art for that anyway?

 

Because he is ICEknight. He has the skills. ICEknight gets what ICEknight wants.

 

He met Tom Payne in person. I'm pretty sure that's where he got them. He also thanks Tom on his contest page.

 

I also vote for Swaninator. It seems like the most original of the entries.
