I'm glad they kept the idea of this animation because when the Chemical Plant Zone gameplay came around earlier this year, I thought it was gone completely. They must have been tweaking this sprite; I do like this version of it better.

Sucks about your date, but for context, I paid extra for expedited shipping and it was "Not yet shipped" for me too yesterday.

I just can't tell if this is an upgrade or if it's slowly falling into limbo. Having serious doubts this "Will dispatch 14 Aug".

 

Did you use an American card? I tried using mine and it wasn't working.

 

I've just been watching a youtube stream, the game is looking great. It's possibly the best sonic game since Sonic 3K.
Does anyone know if there's any chance of a Linux version at some point in the future? If not, I hope it'll work in Wine. I guess I might also need to buy a new computer to run it, my current PC is about 10 years old.

 

All these good review scores. What alternate time line did I wake up to?

In regards to that Tails' sprite. YES! OH MY GOD, THAT IS SO MUCH BETTER! :specialed:

It actually looks a bit like the awful edit I did, well the mouth anyway :v: . I don't feel the need to spoiler it, because it's my awful edit and not in the game :v:



But there's so much attention to detail on the face now and he doesn't look like a creepy fucker xD

Does anyone know when the Nintendo Switch E-shop updates in the UK? I wanna buy and download Sonic Mania as soon as it's out.

The launch trailer spoiled some new things but I'm too excited to care at this point, since it's so close.

 

Same boat. Just sitting and waiting atm, would be nice to know when to check. Just hoping it's not too late.

Realised my switch wasn't set up for purchasing at all so phew quickly did that. :v:
