As someone who doesn't live in America and doesn't want a long distance charge, what does it say?

 

As far as I know, it's Eggman impersonating Sonic and making fun of him, I may be wrong though as I got this from the responses. Can't wait for someone to record themselves calling to see what it actually sounds like.

Holy shit at the phone number actually working, and it's Mike Pollack voicing Eggman doing an impersonation of Sonic. This social media team is the best thing to happen to Sonic in a long time.

 

This just shows how catchy a Sonic song can be!
