We managed to get a save state from right at the end of the intro (just as Chaos opens his eye), maybe that'd work. We have videos of Red Mountain (in its entirety!), the start of Ice Cap and the start of Emerald Coast incoming. Hopefully also the start of Final Egg and the entirety of Speed Highway if the computer would stop crashing.
I'll wait for your savestates and videos. Some of us just aren't meant to figure these things out =P I take it you'll be covering every single thing possible anyway. It's hard to not be impatient though

Sure thing, Shoemanbundy :v: Yeah it's crazy actually playing the game. People always complained about the camera in the SA series, but when you try and handle THIS camera... *shoots self* It moves everywhere, goes through walls, and when you use the triggers to move it, it's pathetically slow. I'm glad they refined it within the month they had. :v: Morph, I be using version 4.5. I kinda used this version for ages ever since I began hacking SA2 long ago, never really bothered updating it lol. EDIT: You'll never guess what I found....a motherflippin' duck. Complete with "Shoot little untextured things at Sonic then run away forever" AI! It's in- Stage : 10 Segment : 2 EDITEDIT: Ah, Morph, I've figured out how to get into that specific test level now. The Segment value is set to 2. Never tried that before, I always forced both the Stage and Segment to 0 to try and load test maps. Seems that I can't load Sonic into it though, not sure why lol.

Sometimes the controls literally invert themselves and sometimes the camera goes crazy - so if it looks like I'm being a bit stupid at some points in the videos, that's not necessarily the case :v: But hey, I managed to complete Red Mountain! That was hideous; quite often when you hit springs, the aforementioned camera/inverted controls issues start happening. Plus, as you can see, the camera got stuck quite badly at the start of the second part of the level...

Oh wow, that's reeeally old! Oh yup, you're right. I didn't have that in my cheat list at the time so I didn't notice. It loads just fine for me one way or the other though. Also, I have a video of At Dawn coming right up!
Yeah, It's a lot glitchier with textures flying around everywhere. I should upgrade lol. I've just uploaded two 'At dawn' videos too :specialed: I've been at this for a constant 4 hours now; making videos, rendering them and uploading. Not to mention it's 5:50am right now, that can't be good.

Again, pure awesome, you guys. Also, does there happen to be any higher-resolution versions of the "mystery girl" from the Speed Highway posters anywhere in there? The posters are in the beta "At Dawn," so I was hoping maybe we might be able to finally see a less crappy version than what we have in the final.
The funny thing is that the night this demo came out, I went looking for the exact same variable, I even knew of it's existence. You know why I couldn't find it? The values this autodemo uses are oh so slightly differenct. In the final game, 16 is pause and 15 is normal gameplay. Good work you guys.
Found something else in the final 2C1C3B58 ( 0 = demo playable 1 = demo non-playable) use in conjunction with stage mod Unfortunately, I have unable to find the equivalent address in the AutoDemo.
