I can now officially confirm I will be bringing my talents from South Beach to this event. Dodged a bullet there.

I don't think vids will be up this weekend on my end. WiFi's good here, but it wanted to kill itself when I began uploading website-friendly sizes of the pictures I took. Videos will tank it. However, I absolutely promise that I will have these up ASAP when I arrive back in Miami. Some of these videos are just FAR too good to let them go to waste like last year's.
Absolutely fantastic. Got to meet all my internet pals (some I didn't expect!), got to see the SOA guys again, and met some people I've looked up to for years. Gene and I agreed on a joint write-up, so that will be up soon.
When Iizuka was asked about if there will be an Adventure 3, he said that he wasn't expecting everyone to respond positively to that question. He said that it could happen in the future. Sonic Team is also aware of the fact that recent Sonic games are short. The concert was fantastic. Jun was definitely trolling us at the beginning. He remixed some Sonic 4: Episode II songs (Intro to Sylvania Castle Act 1, White Park Act 2, Sky Fortress Act 2, Metal Sonic Boss..,) with even worse "orchestral masterpieces" than Episode I had! Nevertheless, it was funny. Iizuka signed my Sonic hat, my comic, and shirt. Here's the cap that I wore: http://oi46.tinypic.com/359wcr9.jpg Did anyone see me? This isn't a problem. Sonic games are supposed to be short and gain their length through replay value. Except the Sonic 4 episodic thing which is bull.
I don't think I saw anyone from Retro there but then again I don't know what most of you look like. I DID however get Iizuka to sign my Mario-themed handout from Nintendo's comic con booth. "But this isn't Sonic." "I know" Also if you heard people chanting "BIG THE CAT! BIG THE CAT!" or chanting for Shrek and Bubsy to be in SASRT that was my friend and I. He also booed Q-Bert for no reason in the Wreck It Ralph clip. It was a pretty cool event!
So, are there any guesses what that second Sonic project is? My guess would be that it's the third game in the Sonic Storybook series. We already did Arabian Nights, and King Arthur, so I would guess that the third story would be... Alice in Wonderland? There's enough characters to fill with the Sonic cast, right? Tweedledee/Tweedledum: Shadow + Knuckles Cheshire Cat: Tails or Blaze (only because she's a cat, and the only other cat character is Big) White Rabbit: Cream Red Queen: Original Character - Villain White Queen: Amy Remaining Characters: Eggman, Tails/Blaze (whoever isn't Cheshire Cat) Sounds like it could possibly work.
We were the ones yelling KEN! KEN! KEN! KEN! if that helps. Ken needs as much moral support as he can get.
We were the loud bunch everyone avoided for the entire trivia contest (We don't blame you, but you love us anyway). Oh, have this:
This year was super fun! Two days of awesomeness! Skyler send me that pic of me and TRiPPY and Gene send me that picture of me trying to steal SS! :v:
