It's really hard to get a decent scan of the gold lettering. I did an auto-enhance so you can see it, but it also shows up the imperfections. And this is from the front of a UK release of Sonic Compilation.
This was too big to scan, but I think I got every angle Front Left-hand side Top side Right-hand side Bottom side Inside + Foam Out of the box Connections (Printer, Audio out/in ie data save/load, ribbon connector to SG-1000II/Mark III) I'm also working on the European Sonic Spinball manual which isn't currently on Retro. I've scanned it all, just need to crop 50 pages.
Eggfan, do you have a copy of the non-Gold Collection Sonic Spinball Ozisoft release (the silver version) to scan? As a side note, does anyone know if the AU version of The Ottifants has been dumped?
I do have a non-gold collection version, but it's not any different to the Euro PAL release. Didn't know about a silver version, they seem to just pop up randomly. Ottifants was silver, so I should scan the cart too before I pack it away. I doubt it's any different, but I'll look into it.
Not all of the gold/platinum collections came in this silver plastic, but some did. I remember Bloodshot did too, and there might have been others
I found my copy and gave it a scan. It doesn't seem to be that different from the EU release other than the inclusion of the SEGA Hotline stuff. Still, it's probably worth noting.
Uploaded most of this stuff so far onto the two wikis. The only Sonic Spinball we don't have scan of now is the South Korean verison, assuming one actually exists.
I think this is the last of the gold and platinum collections. I know Sonic 1 has been listed, but I've never seen it Also, I thought this was sun-faded, but apparently all Australian Sonic Compilations carts are black & white. I imagine it was a printing error, and they thought "bugger it, who cares?"
