What other characters would be unlockable? I already know about Scourge from the PM conversation at the SSMB, Aqualash.

Do I really come off as that obsessed with the character? There's loads of other characters I'd like in a hack, waiting for a big surprise'll just make me get up, go-go-go-gooo crazy.
Considering there are hacks with Mighty, Sally, Espio and Mecha Sonic (probably more, but I forgot), I'm surprised nobody has done a 'Big in Sonic 1' even if it is just for a joke.
Yeah I agree, there are many new gimmicks that could be explored. Im excited to see what they do with him.
Well considering the amount of VRam space you'd need for such a large character, not the mention the amount of individual sprite pieces you'd need to use, I'm not suprised no-one has attempted it. Infact that leads me to belive such a task is not worth working on, maybe for a proof of concept, but a fully modified hack such as The S Factor?
Oh no, Big should never be in S Factor :P It makes sense though, some of the 'X in Sonic 1' hacks have characters used in other Sonic games, so creating each sprite isn't an issue with them.
Well the Mecha Sonic hack may stand as proof of success, though yeah, I struggle fitting in small characters (shame an E-102 Gamma hack may have been worth looking if I gained more experience). Has anyone ever made a list of all the characters hacked onto Sonic 1, it must be huge: Knuckles Tails Eggman Amy Espio Mighty Ray Sally Sonia Manic Silver Shadow Scourge Metal Sonic Mecha Sonic Tikal Any I've missed?
