I need ideas for my hack

May I suggest Genocide City? Ya know, kinda like how it's shown on this page (under Hidden Palace).

 

I think a volcanoe level would be a pretty good idea for a level near the end of the game.

 

A level that is inside a city. Maybe even going in and out of houses. I'll try to produce concept mock ups.

 

That would be cool if you could do the same thing that Launch Base does (where the building disappears so you can see into it).

 

Doesn't Flying Battery Zone also do that?

 

Indeed it does. There are a few levels that do that. I can't remember them at the moment though.

How bout a Station Square or Abandoned Tower Zone?

 

How about a jungle level. Station Square seems like a good idea as well. Nice pic Kampfer.

 

Assuming you're talking about your Advanced Edit hack, if you plan on continuing the Game Gear level trend, then I'd have to say either Gimmick Mountain Zone or Sky High Zone. Both from Sonic 2 GG. And if it's not for AE, then do those anyways. :P

I just wanted to get my idea across. I knew it wouln't br "A" grade material. I just gave you an idea for an up town neighborhood level. If I think of another Idea, I'll make another mock up, but don't expect them to be any better than this one (cause I suck at making new things on MS paint).

 

What about a level inside a shopping mall where sonic rides around in a trolley?
