CPZ buildings

Now, if this has been stated before, shoot me and bury me in a pile of dog doo. =P

Looking through IceKNIGHT's site, under the European prototype, and it seems to be that the same CPZ buildings that were 'in the earlier prototype' seem to come from the European one. Look at a couple of the shots on ICE's site to see what I mean.

Or, perhaps the buildings were to be used later, seeing as Hill Top Zone was never used in our version? Maybe they made them for a later release and cut them after putting them in?

Probably because some 'n00bs' would come up and decide to start bombarrding them with annoying emails demanding or threatning for the ROM dump, thus we would never get it. That's why.

(At least, I think that's why)
