The plan is that you have to defeat the Metal Sonic, after which, you use 50 Rings to release Mighty (Or whomever is within the container) who then warps you to the special stage.
I wouldn't say this is a new idea... I am actually using a similar concept in my hack.... *shuts up before he says too much*
Neither would I. =P
Done a few days ago but: Previously I was using a method to load Knuckles' pallete that was provided by Hitaxas, however I've coded up my own version and now Knuckles will use his proper colours except from CPZ2. :v: At least it's an effort though.

Current palette (ignore Tails and the life icon, that didn't work as I expected it to) Bonus: It's about time I started something with bosses, it only moves to the left though. :v:

I was looking at your notes for some guidance, and now it moves diagonally right, I want to do more with it but I can't grasp it correctly. It's getting done, slowly though. I'm a lazy fucker. :specialed:
It's probably best just to check if the boss is going right or left (tst.w $10(a0); bpl.s It'sgoingright bra.s It'sgoingleft) and if it's going right to check for a position that you'd want it's boundary to be on the right and if left then check for a boundary on the left. If it's reached that boundary or gone farther then just do a bset #0,1(a0) and then neg.w $12(a0). The bset turns the sprite around and the neg reverses the speed. The GHZ boss turns around via timer which would be more difficult to calculate an exact position with.
I didn't even need this information, but you sir, have made my evening. I'll take note of this post to learn with tomorrow. <3
Puh, now I think I know how it works to import own sprites.. Well some facts: integrated stance, walk and run in all 4 directions.. working on Spin, Wait and LookUp/Down.. Stand Run You see I'm very proud of it^^ @it: Ooops..
Hmm, from my resources^^ he was always called sonic.. but yes he is. I didn't found some good one, so I created my own.. maybe for a hack.

@Hitaxas: Well it's almost the same as this one.. Think Sonic is just the nickname because of his speed, but thats too much OT.. Thx 4 link
