Eh, really not fond of this one at all.

 

The eye curves in WAY too much. I liked the one from way back that was proposed along with the inital sketches of the general Sonic variant we're using right now.

Well as long as we're making some minor edits I'll do one too. The eyes and nose are looking out of place. Here a minor edit I did to try and get them looking right. What do you think?


Edit: Just realized the left hand is sitting one pixel too low. Too lazy to edit that right now though.

This Tails is good, but a bit sad. He's nearly crying. Poor Tails.

This is perfect in my opinion. Just adjust the eyes so he doesn't look so worried and you got a winner.

 

Yes, it does fit in with the style of the Sonic

On the left was one of the ones from the old one, and the right is my minor edit. Also changed the freaky purple colour to something more red. I was going to attempt one from scratch to, trying to make it fit in with OSM's Sonic, though this one seems to be more or less perfect. Might still take a nab at it for practise though.

Contructive critisism for Machenstein (I think it's yours): Your Tails looks like he came straight out of Paper Mario. I believe it is not saturated enough.

 

STHX's Tails sprite with Jakeyboys shading + just an innocent eyes fix. Also, Sonic looks hardcore next to Tails.

 

Sonic should be fairly hardcore, he's been destroying robotniks shit for over 15 years.

 

His muzzle seems fairly flat. and squared.
