Hm...maybe VGMix should be added to the list of sites in this topic's opening post. If you look around this game music remix site, you're bound to catch some Sonic mixes.

Especially if you look in the Genesis section.

With a specialized player or Winamp plugin, of course. This Winamp plugin or Meridian Advance are recommended. Although if you want a Winamp plugin that will allow you to mute individual sound channels, this is the way to go. (REALLY comes in handy for MIDI sequencing, let me tell you.)

I'm not sure about version compatibilities regarding the Winamp plugins, because I refuse to use anything past Winamp 2. :P

 

Where can I find "Live and Learn" (SA2 Main Theme) in mp3 format?
