    Nice work as always, Esrael.
    Also, you should take a look at the results screen, Green Hill Zone Act 1 uses 3 while Act 2 uses 4, easy to fix of course.

    Knuckles isn't finished, but I'm sure you know that (He's still referred to as Sonic, same life icon as Sonic, actually is Sonic in the special stages).

    Also when you put an end of level capsule in GHZ Act 4, the game freezes.

    Cool stuff! Admittedly, there's not a lot that can be done to this hack given its concept in the first place, but these are still some refreshing changes. :)

    The game appeared to feel a lot more "complete" while playing as Knuckles, interestingly. I don't know if there's any specific reason for that, but it made it feel less like it was built from a prototype.

    Cool hack. When I was playing it, I was wishing that someone ported the Sonic 1 levels to Sonic 2, so I could play through all the levels with Sonic AND Tails.
     
  9. Few things I've noticed:


    > GHZ 'falling' platforms push you underneath themselves if you're on them while they crumble.

    > MZ's boss port was very hard to defeat, you had to go about half way in him to actually hit him.

    > Winter level has a few missing 'auto spin' objects before the S tubes.

    > The lava there is actually solid on top instead of having you sink into it.

    > Few collision problems in EHZ (I bounced up while running before a loop, haven't been able to recreate it)

    > Few 'solid' objects missing in WZ.

    This is awesome! It's great to see Sonic 2 Delta getting an update.

    Going through the sound test, I was wondering... how did you get music below 80 to work? I've tried, but I can't get it to play anything.

    I manages to activate "Night Mode" playing as knuckles and tails, is this supposed to happen?

    A really weird bug happened here:

    I made Level Select, Super Sonic Cheat, Debug Mode and started the game with Knuckles+Tails. When I turn into Super Knuckles, the level finishes and appear the results screen, when it end, the level restart on the last Lamp Post you touched.

    you should really consider putting all the levels that are in sonic 1 into sonic 2...that would be really neat.

    I really like this. The extra levels aren't new, but they are refreshing to play. (Can't remember the last time I played a Sonic 2 Delta). I applaud you on your work here.

    Now for a few bugs -
    Knuckles' gliding gets messed up when hitting a boss while gliding. He can't glide until he stands on an object, which is weird.
    When you hit a spring while gliding, you still glide upwards, and sometimes to really high heights.
    Starting from the options puts you at Green Hill Zone, where as when you start from the Main Menu screen, you start on Emerald Hill.
    Misplaced waterfalls in Green Hill Zone BG.

    I can't think of anymore, but these ones were obvious to me.

    Totally agree with hez on this one. Good work as ever though Esrael, just wish I could change them BETA walking and running sprites to the FINAL ones, I cant stand the BETA ones.
     
  16. Esrael I've been a fan of Sonic 2 Delta for a while now and this release is Brilliant.
