So why were the modern voice actors chosen?

    Those are the wave ROMs from Sonic Arcade rev C. The first one contains voice samples that sound quite a bit like the modern voice actors. Anyone know who did the VA stuff for Sonic Arcade?

    These could possibally be the Sonic OVA voices? I get 404ed with these voiceclips, but I remember the OVA VAs sounding quite similar to Adventure+.
