Neat thing I found online

I played this a few weeks after it came out. It also has Ice paradise, and you know what? It Bites. It has 6 characters, The Normal 4 from Sonic advance two, Amy, the 'secret Character'. (It tellls you in the Instruction booklet.) And Shadow, who uses his Sonic Battle Sprites. The Bosses are easier as well.

On another note, The Sonic Flash movies are Hilarious, most of them, anyway. Sonic: Uncut 1, 2, and 3 are works of art.

 

I've known about this for a while. It'd be better with more levels.

been a while since I've played this game...I remember I time attacked it quite a bit whenever I was bored

One thing I never understood though was the rails. I mean... if you're going to just use all the sprites from sonic advance 2 in your flash game, then why not use the rail sprites as well instead of some crudely drawn lines?

Hmm...I actually think I made a recording of the first level. I wonder if I still have it...

It isn't that great of a Sonic Flash Game. Played it last year and wasn't too fussed. Its nice they used Angel Island's Music for Leaf Forest Though.

The engine is programmed horribly. It took a game that I thought was awesome for the Gameboy Advance and made it in Flash, which is horrible for Sonic games, and turned Sonic Advance 2 into something that makes me not want to even play the original anymore. I'd rather be on a computer not playing games than playing this. If the engine worked properly, I would enjoy it thoroughly, but the one thing that makes Sonic games fast doesn't work in Flash adding control issues. You might as well go download fusion like Tweaker said. I was totally disappointed in this project when I found it on the internet a while back.

 

Physics in flash are insanely hard to pull off, this is a good technical achievement, but not a good sonic game.

 

I always thought this one was a pretty good game. I enjoyed it more than the real Advance 2, anyway. And in case anyone here really cares, enter password 595313131313131 to get all of the characters, stages, and features available instantly.

 

If it wasn't slow as hell on my Windows PC, I might like it. It's fine on the mac, but you shouldn't be expected to have a really kick-ass computer to play flash games.
