Basically, a giant archive of builds from Testflight (The development App from Apple which you use to test builds of games) has been released.

    https://twitter.com/teraleak

Part of that has included early builds of Sonic Dash, like so:

People are flyng through and testing each build to find out just what they actually are. Check the twitter account for the full list, and there's also a larger "search engine" people have been working on: https://syrupyy.dev/testflight

You know what to do guys: Download absolutely everything and then start digging through!

I guess the old adage is true: Get proto stuff for one thing and another will appear.

False alarm. It was a fan remake.

That Dash prototype is insane. Even weirder it honestly doesn't look like movement has changed once since that point in development.

Too bad the game itself has.

the whiplash of seeing someone from the toontown community i am vaguely familiar with in this thread

dash proto though - very cool. I have a lot of nostalgia for the early Sonic Dash versions (wild, i know) and it's certainly neat to see an earlier take on a game closer to what I remember
