Since when were overscan borders a 50Hz-exclusive thing? The NTSC console had them too.

Oh, this didn't ruin my day at all! It didn't sound exactly like Surfing Bird to me, that's just the only song I've heard the "ba ba ba uma mao mao ba ba uma mao mao" riff in.
