https://twitter.com/Biggedy/status/1143039346955583488 So apparently there existed yet another Sonic Extreme game, only this time it's a GBA game. I'm not 100% sure if this is real but if it is that's yet another dead game to add onto the list of Sonic games with the title "Extreme" in them.
Well, we don't know if it existed as an actual game in any form, just that it was pitched. Interesting that it's a boarding game just like the other Sonic Extreme though.
I think the universe will collapse in on itself if they ever release a game with the title "Sonic Extreme" (or some variation).
Sonic Extreme is just not meant to be in any form it seems. :v: We had "Xtreme", then Extreme for the original Xbox, and now this GBA title. Makes me wonder if we'll ever get a Sonic game with the title.
I think the days of marketing anything as "Extreme" are over, so I don't think we'll be seeing that word used in a Sonic title ever again :v:
