Hi, I'm TJ. It's short for my Tomer-Johnathan, so it's up to you if you prefer TJ or Tomer.

I'm a software engineer with 4 years professional experience working with C++. Most of my work was in the field of "Serious Games" (a term I despise). I've done research into VR Motion Sickness, and published two papers on the subject. I've also got some experience with C# and Unity. In a past life I did some hobby work with Java, FPS-Creator, Source, Game Maker, and Stencyl, but that was a looong time ago, and I never really dove deep into any of them.

After doing this job for 4 years, I've quit so I can start university in October. I'll be majoring Mathematics and Computer Science (though I might drop the math part later).

A long time ago I was a dumb middle-schooler running around the internet calling myself djtjj (*barf*). I used to hang out in forums like the old SFGHQ and SCD. If I'm being honest: I acted like an a-hole back then, I am really sorry about that. I was twelve at the time, but sheesh, there are better ways to be twelve then that.

Back then I worked on a really dumb fangame called "GUN", an FPS from the perspective of a generic SA2 goon. Even that description gives the idea too much credit. It was just godawful. I do not know what the hell I was thinking back then.

Other then that, me and some other dude tried doing a fangaming newsletter for awhile there, but we only lasted about an issue and a half.

As far as I can tell, I more or less quit the sonic community around 2007-8.

If you knew me back then, well... I'm just really sorry for the way I acted when I was a teen, no other way to say it. More than open about rehashing this old stuff if anyone wants too, still got plenty of apologizing left to do.
