      Is the _smps2asm_inc.asm file in the same dir as the sound driver? And have you copied the song files to the correct dirs in the S&K disassembly?

      What does the error log say? It is a file called sonic3k.log (or something like it) in the same dir as sonic3k.asm. Also, did you change all references of the song's label in the driver by the new name? There are 3 locations (if memory serves) that need to be changed.
