That looks pretty good, but can you make the coins that pop out of jumped-on enemies collect themselves? Standing around waiting for the coin to drop will get on my nerves something fierce.
I agree with Aerosol on the auto coin collection, as waiting around for those in a 2D game is kind of dull. However, it looks like a really good game, I love the sprite work and that remix.
Thanks guys, I changed it. Now coins collect themselves automatically. Well, unless you hit enemies with a fireball.
No, thank you for taking our input into consideration like that. I'm keeping an eye out for your project.
Agreed. As far as I know there aren't many good Mario fan games out there, so I'm looking forward to this.
Well, I guess I could show off some of my Sonic Flash Sprite Animations here. I'm still a beginner, but I've managed to do some decent stuff. Before I initially started with Flash, I used to work with a little program called Pivot and it's basically just an extremely limited version of Flash, but I was able to create some animations with it. You could check out my channel for these videos if you want, but I strongly recommend against it. XD This my very first animation that I've done in Flash. I wanted to keep it as simple as possible, so after checking out some tutorials and watching other Sprite animations, I made this. And this is just something I cooked up while I was bored, hope you guys dig. XD I'm currently working on a "Sonic VS Goku" sprite fight, and I'm also making little "sprite cut-scenes" for my friend's RPGMaker game which he calls "Sonic Chronicles: Battle for Angel Island".
Multiply the millisecond counter by 2 and it'll be perfect. :v: Seriously though that waterfall effect is beautiful.
U4 is a learning process but blueprints are more powerful than I thought they would be. I rike it. I rike it arot.
