Maybe insted of having a super sneakers monitor, you change it to a super jet monitor, having an icon of that gas pipe with a flame on the monitor, upon destroying it, large flames appear out of the motorbug's pipe for extra speed =) =
Maybe you could have flying instead of jumping... you know like it would be a slower jumping and it would involve the motorbug using his wings much like a ladybug would do.
Perhaps, when Super Jet is active, Motobug would be unable to stop to add a bit of challenge and different gameplay. Also, when you die, have Motobug pop and a Flicky fly out and bounce away?
Funny that you mention that. It was one of the early things I had in the game. I changed the Speed Shoe to a Nitro box.
Hell, seeing how slow Motobug is, I'd imagine that powerup would be mandatory to get around the loops =P
As I was trying to say on msn, but it was being gay. I liked act 2, quite enjoyable. The only thing I'm awaiting is the magma for magma indutry.
Yeah, I agree on this. Where is the magma? Also, why a Magma industry is completely blue!?!? Regarding this, I need to show something...!
Sonic 1 Harder Project is more and more looking less and less like the original Sonic 1. :P Not that that's a bad thing, mind you.
As far as I know, the stage uses Magma Dragoon's music from Mega Man X4, so that's probably where the term "Magma" came from... But yeah, I agree with them. Where's the magma, dude?
Looking at this I assume that your gong to give the trees a swaying sort of animation. Which would look awesome.
I love the pallete, even S1 lava looks fresh and new. The first time I saw the lava, it seed to be part of BG to me. BTW it would be a good idea to put this lava on BG and apply deformation effects to it.
Well the lava color is just reversed but it fits better with that BG that way. How do I put this...the level looks really...dangerous. :v:
This is my second attempt at importing art, and the first that I've done for this project of mine. So yeah, beginner here! Hope you like the new art. (The palette didn't come out perfectly, but I intend to fix that.)
It looks pretty good so far, but something about the top fin doesn't look right, it goes down at too steep of an angle, if you get what I'm saying.
I guess I just took advantage of how easy it is to change text. But if blitzed doesn't work well I could always change it back.
