Best/favourite Sonic cosplay characters?

I was being retorical lol

 

Alrighty then. I was concerned there for a bit there.

 

I know this guy, he's a friend of mine.

He used that cosplay about a year ago, in the "Montevideo Comics 09", it was fucking awesome. He was the winner cosplay for that year, and he won an entry to a international competition of cosplay in São Paulo if Im not wrong.

Anyways, he also did a Wario (Mario series) and Marco (Metal Slug, Fat version) cosplay's in the past, and he is always there with "fat" characters.

 

So where's the best part of Sonic cos-play now? I came here looking for a Hedgehog-Human hybrid and all I get are asians, old men, and a furcon goers.

 

I see... I'll take that into account- Guys cannot cosplay.

Still, that won't stop me from trying! Anyone familiar with Summer of Sonic? Well... They have a cosplay competition each year, and this time... Yeah. I know. It's a bad idea... But I'm going as Jet the Hawk. Mainly because I can do a fairly decent impression of the guy.

...Hey, who knows, if you're unlucky, you might just see me there! ^^;

 

As far as I've heard this guy is a security guard at an anime con and he dresses this way to be intimidating.

That about sums it up.

 

From the Sonic cosplay I've seen; this is about the best of them. The guys are avoiding embarrassment by wisely covering their faces, and the girls at least look like they're enjoying themselves.

 

Is it just me, or is Knuckles not wearing any underpants?

Great costumes, but the lack of accompanying eyes just makes them look really stupid. Total buzz-kill.

 

The very first Sonic costume posted here (the roly-poly, classic-looking one) is official. It's also darn near the cutest thing I've ever seen. I'd have to say these two are the most accurate. They're official mascots promoting Sonic Unleashed at Tokyo Game Show.




As for fan-made cosplays, these are pretty good.

Hah, I don't know how I missed this thread. Yep, the Knuckles in the first post is me. That's from years ago. I also have a crappy Sonic costume that I made before that one:
