Future Mario & Sonic and sequel Sonic Heroes games confirmed?

Never thought I would whip this out ever again!




Someone made the original logo years ago, but that "2" is all mine.

I guess it's only natural that they cater to all fanbases of Sonic, the same thing has been happening with mario for awhile now.

Hell, I'd be impressed if Sonic Heroes 2 had better collision detection. I just love falling through the floor in the levels for no apparent reason.

 

Sonic Heroes 2 better have a fuck ton more polish than Heroes 1. Heroes is only fun for like 15 minutes before the slipperiness and horrible collision gets to you.

Yep that was my old logo. I had made a "better" one, but I never bothered finishing it.

 

Heroes 2 ~<3

Gives SEGA/Sonic Team a reason to bring back some more characters, like they did with The Chaotix.

Mighty, Ray and Honey as a team.. It'll never happen.

I like the idea of Blaze, Silver and Marine being a Team though. But they have to work around the Time Zones/Alternate Dimension thing.

 

Yeah. Because SEGA care about continuity.

 

Heroes 2 villain does some shit in the present, future folk go back in time to stop it from happening, everyone stops the guy, everything's fine again.

Seriously though, a possibility of a Heroes 2 doesn't sound too bad at all but I agree movement WAS slippery, and I didn't like how weird controlling Tails was, he should be able to run normally and press a button to go into that tower-like formation in my opinion.

 

If they stick these guys in as a team, they could count it as an All-star game too!

Seriously though, I'd like another Heroes game, as long as they polished it up good and fixed the annoying problems from the first one.

 

AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGH DO NOT WANT SONIC HEROES AGAIN AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGH.

I'd really rather not have to control three freaking people at the same time in three different formations. That was just... clunky. Also the physics were ass and the level design was just dodgy and mostly cheap.

Now, another Sonic Adventure or a 3D Sonic Advance 3 wouldn't be bad. Hell, just fix whatever problems the Sonic Adventure games had and release Sonic Adventure 3, or something that would play like a definitive sequel to the Adventure series.

 

Fuck yeah on that front. Fang bringing out the pop-gun for Power Formation -- bring in Knuckles OVA hat and we got some headwear rivalry subplot going on. ANYONE ELSE SMELL 'BEST GAME EVER' IN THE AIR?

+ - I don't think it's too far-fetched either, since Team Chaotix came out of relative obscurity for the original Sonic Heroes.
