    Not to troll, but since when has manga had an á in it? The word is Japanese, and they don't have accented a's.


    That said, these are some nice scans - looking forward to seeing the full result of this.

    I think anime has an accent and he confused it with that since anime is the french word for animation

    Today? I bet this has been totally forgotten by Sega and I doubt they were interested in using any of the other characters. Plus, Amy and Charmy most likely gained their popularity from their game appearances rather than this.

    Edit: Oh, I see you meant other Sonic media in general. But doesn't the other Sonic media that isn't officially tied to the games not look like Sonic at all? SatAM and AoStH come to mind.

    Well... Porker Lewis seems to be the official name for the pigs in Sonic 1 even nowadays, according to that leapster game...

    Yeah, anime does have an accent in French, but it doesn't elsewhere as far as I know.


    So... This is where the Sonic at my site came from, right? Awesome.

    It's because in Brazil, the accent is added to don't confuse with the word manga (The fruit Mango =P). My fault. :v:

    Yup. The full mangá is short (with all 3 chapters together, have about 40 pages) One more picture of it:

    The first level that came to mind when I saw that scan was Marble Zone. God this is making me want to read it even more now. D: Plus I didn't even notice that Charmy was in one of the scans. :v:

    I hear ya, it would be amazing to actually own these. Would be awesome if SEGA decided to republish and translate these one day.

    Yeah, it's Marble. All zones appear quickly, similar to that prototype comic released by SEGA on US in 1991/1992.

    And nobody interested to help commissioning me or donating to help Jim buy more chapters? I didn't received any request yet. Am I draw that bad? :v:

    I think it'd be better to release what you have before asking for money. People don't know what they're putting their money into and it could be a complete gamble. I again step forward to offer assistance with translation and cleaning.
