Sonic Colours out for Wii/DS

Your logic is quite flawed for this community, since we were based off of pirating and emulating. I do say that it is better to buy than pirate, but not everyone can afford to go out and buy another game system. Even less likely is to buy a system just for the one game.

On a related note, most games that I have bought I have pirated first because of the fact that I respect the developers and that I could not afford to buy the game at the time.

Anyway, we are getting far offtopic. I don't assume that Sega has released the 4th trailer yet? Did they?

 

So if they cant afford to buy a game system, that makes pirating ok?

Wii devs need to come up with something abit more powerful than that 002 error anyway

I'm gonna be buying this regardless anyway, Sega have had my money for Sonic Colours for quite a number of months now lol

I just waked up today this morning, to find out that a big package had been shipped to my door steps. Guess what is it?

Too bad I'll only be able to boot the game up at night when I arive home. Well, at least I could have a look in the pushy hat.

8.5 for the DS version too.

 

It seems that the fact that the game has been shipped to me early and that I'm holding it in hands as we speak has been completly ignored. *sigh*

I'm ripping the soundtrack right now. And a wonderful soundtrack. Hopefully I'll be able to upload it by tonight.

Surprisingly, yes. I thought they would send a voucher or something for you to retrieve the pre-order bonus yourself, but they actually shipped the hat with the package. Who knew? :v:

Ahh! I wasn't ware of that... No one told me so. And I wanted to listen to it so much. Well, if it has been uploaded already, then I won't bother with it.

EDIT: Oh indeed. Also, apparently I wasn't the only one to receive the game earlier; the entire game is leaking like a broken tap all over the internet. Oh...

 

My, what bullshit! You really need to get your priorities straight if the cathartic release of material wealth is more satisfying than actually playing the game, which is going to be every bit as fun regardless of how it's bought or played.

Uh, yeah. The developers aren't getting paid either way, what's the sense in depriving yourself of a readily accessible resource on principle alone? Play now, pay later if it's really going to eat away at your conscience.

Sonic Colors gets a 8.5 from IGN.

I feel like the parts of the game he talks about with " These parts didn't feel challenging due to devious design; they felt like cheap death-generators." are always prevelant in Sonic games these days. And I mean, granted, it's good to be challenging, it's another to just be plain annoying.

Then again, I'm not sure if his use of the Wii-mote/nunchuk combo had anything to do with it. But either way, I dread those parts in Sonic games and if they are really bad, it'll really make me avoid that level after the first run through. I don't feel like there were these problems in SA1 & SA2.

Yeah, sounds like some slightly less bad Sonic Heroes syndrome (In which I enjoyed about the first 1/3 of the game before cheap deaths and insufficient checkpoints started to ruin it), except instead of 1/3 good, this sounds like 1/3 irritating. I can live with that.

Holy shit universally good Sonic game about fucking time. Only took 10 years
