There was an item on Sonic Team's blog this morning, which has a translated link here: <a href="http://www.google.com/translate?u=http%3A//blog.sonic-channel.jp/archives/51499733.html&langpair=ja|en&hl=en&ie=UTF8" target="_blank">http://www.google.com/translate?u=http%3A/...=en&ie=UTF8</a>

You can go to <a href="http://209.85.227.132/translate_c?hl=en&ie=UTF8&langpair=ja|en&u=http://prtimes.jp/main/html/rd/p/000000042.000000803.html" target="_blank">http://209.85.227.132/translate_c?hl=en&am</a> for further details, but in a nutshell, they're showing every episode of Sonic X online in Japanese - including 53-78, which Japan didn't originally get. Novel, if nothing else.

Well, since the Japanese actors/actresses had already done voiceovers for those episodes, I must say it is about time. :v:

    Since 2005.

But I must agree, what about time! I thought it wasn't going to happen anymore! Good news indeed!

Why would an anime not be released in Japan first? :psyduck:

Because not even Japan wanted it.

  6. Funnily enough, one of the more recent Transformers anime series (Armada) was rushed out first for the US market, leading to several problems with the dubbing (lines that don't make sense in context, rushed, poorly-done translations) and even occasions where they would use unfinished animation, that was improved/cleaned-up/finished-off for the Japanese version. It's sequel, Transformers Energon, began airing shortly after it's Japanese counterpart, and still suffered from these problems to an extent.

Yay! Free Sonic X TV online!
...but will it come to the US & UK? I hope it will.

Why wouldn't Japan want Sonic X? Not to be offensive, but that's wierd for the Japanese, since they LOVE Sonic X, am I right?

I hear the first season of US Sonic X is on youtube. It's good that the japanese final season is airing, it'll be higher quality than what is around now. Just without subtitles.

Sonic X ratings were low at that time, specially because of crap quality of most episodes (Murasia Arc is ridiculous!), but yet not that low... Sonic X audience was similar to Beyblade who got 3 seasons (and recently returned in Japan)... about 3.5% to 5.0%

Most of the animes today in Japan have a lot lower ratings... Yu-Gi-OH 5D's for example generally have 2.0% of rating

Does this mean we'll finally get the audio for those episodes in stereo, as well as the next episode previews for said episodes?

    Wait... Beyblade is back??

I used to love that game; nothing better than assembling tops to beat the crap out of other assembled tops.

  13. Children's spinning top games are almost as much serious business as children's card games, it seems.

The difference is there's only one spinning battle-top game. (I think)

Yeah, it's surprisingly fun, but it was those stupid hard-metal tops that finally imbalanced the whole game. I wonder which person at the development meeting thought it was a good idea to make a top series that's incredibly hard to kill with the regular tops.

What the...? I thought the "Galaxina" name 4KIDS used come from Japan - even if they didn't said her name on the dub.

Again they made the Card of Chaotix together...¬¬ That's so stupid! Also, Vecter. =P

Well, the most important... where can I download those episodes?
