Woo, extremely good engine - looking forward to seeing the finished product. :D

    Three words.

    Bag. Of. PISH.

The sad thing is, this'll end up being vaguely successful, thanks to the "zomg shadow circumflex-circumflex ecks-three"-type folk out there.

Maybe Chris grandpa then, since he can be fun.

I can see it already - Chris' grandad stars in a game of epic proportions known as... "Old Man Adventure - Get me my Pipe and Slippers"

Flinging my name in as well; I've got a bit of experience in Flash if that's any help, and I'm always up for learning new things :P

If I remember correctly, There was something like this at Piccadilly Circus in London, called "SEGAland". I don't know if it's still there now, but It was'nt as Glorious as the one vangar is talking about.

Yeah, I remember that as well - I visited London in 1997, and remember it as a massive arcade; one of the things I remember in particular was one of those 360-degrees arcade machines, which I didn't get a shot on since I was something like seven at the time, heh. I doubt it's still around now though, as searching on Google doesn't turn anything up. Which is a shame, as it was pretty damn awesome.

To continue on what QJimbo said, I'd recommend NeoPop - it works with no problems in my experience.
