A Curious Question About My Sonic 1 Cart
08 April 2012 - 03:03 PM
So I just finished playing through my copy of Sonic 1 and noticed that it's REV01, with the scrolling clouds in Green Hill and the underwater ripples in Labyrinth, but the cart itself has buttfaced American Sonic. Did Sega start using the revision in America after "x" date? I thought REV01 was exclusive to the Asian territories. -
Knuckles CD (old crappy fangame)
16 April 2011 - 07:07 PM
One or two months ago, someone asked me to upload this. Being the terrible person I am, I forgot to. Cleaning up my computer today, I remembered. So, here it is. Sorry I took so long. -
Repairing A Laptop
13 June 2010 - 01:18 PM
Yesterday afternoon I acquired an Acer Aspire 7520 laptop from my friend. It's been broken for a few months now.
At first I was just going to pillage the parts from it, but I've decided to attempt to fix it since it's better than my current laptop. This is the problem it's having.
I'm guessing from that thread that the problem is with the CMOS battery. I have the keyboard removed and I'm guessing the CMOS is the thing in the below picture with the blue ring around it, underneath the ribbon cord. I tried applying pressure to it as outlined in that forum and no luck with getting it to boot.
What to do? This is my first time dealing with this sort of thing, so any help is appreciated.

Sonic 3K BPM Request

Does anyone have a list of the beats per minute for all of the songs in Sonic 3K, or is there some program that can figure this out for me? Thanks. -
Running Mac OSX on a PC
07 December 2009 - 12:59 AM
So I uninstalled Ubuntu and am torrenting Snow Leopard as we speak. I have my reasons for this. I wouldn't be uninstalling Ubuntu if I had the hard drive space. =P
Now, dual-booting it with Windows should be as simple as making a hard drive partition and letting 'er rip, right? Or am I going to have to jump through some hurdles first? I can't seem to find any updated guides, so a helping hand would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! =)
