Sonic 2 Urban (unfinished)

Hi all,
A couple of months ago I started work on a Sonic 2 Rom Hack but have been too busy to finish it so I thought I would put it up for download incase someone wants to use the artwork. The idea was to create an urban level for Sonic 2, much like the urban Sonic Adventure levels.
I made a bit of progress on the artwork and managed to hex edit in an annoyingly repetitive music loop that I threw together in FLStudio.
The level uses EHZ stage 1.
