The BINGO Highway remix

This thing. It's a pretty good remix, and it's included in the OST. I'd rather have this one over the normal BINGO Highway theme, because it's a lot more busy, same as the stage itself.
But the thing is... What about the lyrics? In the comments, there's "Everyone care to dance tonight people", but... that doesn't seem all that right. I hear something more along the lines of "Anybody care to dance tonight, Sonic Heroes". I can swear I hear a "Sonic Heroes" in there. Also, I'm sure that the lyrics aren't the same sentence repeated over and over. They can't be, they change too much.
I wanted to see what your thoughts are. I... don't suppose anyone has any official lyrics anywhere? If those even exist.
