Made some forum re-arrangements

Nothing special, just tweaked the organization of the forums a bit, as well as added a General Gaming forum to compliment the (now-dead) Competitive Gaming forum.

Comments? Suggestions? Any forum requests, while we're at it? :P

Looks fine to me. Not many comments—at least you didn't make the forum go wide with an eye-meltingly colortastic scheme. :P

I'm too busy these days to be bothered with making a skin.

Not that I would do it even if I did have time, due to lack of mad CSS skillz and the fact that no matter what I do I'll still like Polished Copper better for whatever reason.
