I made a typo on an SQL query, so now past trial members and full members have to take the test again.
My bad. :E

Hmm, how annoying. Are previous Full members going to be granted full board accsess again or must we go through the process of being a Trial Member with the 10 posts.
I must say, this new test is cruel, but it is a good way to keep out spammers and idiots. However I don't think that only 10 (or 20) trial posts are fair. I liked the idea of 30 posts better. But whatever.

I think it encourages people not to be lazy and take the standard test just to get the easy way out. Think you're an average joe and worth getting approved? Show it by using your posts wisely.
And yes - every past trial or full member has to do trial again.

You'll have to elaborate on what you're "No"ing about.
(PM, maybe?)

Wow. My oldbie status is useful for once.
But I'd make sure to take the test and do the rest over again if I were in that situation, anyway. After all, all members should be able to do it again.

Which is why I'm still here :P Ah well, I can probably get through the trial stage again, just have to be extra careful with these last 6 posts I have is all. The one good thing about this "Mistake" (seems almost intentional, but whatever) is that it roots out any members who just sucked
but it also gives those who have been eternally in Pending Approval a second chance (I think some member named Logan lurks around the boards sometimes just looking at stuff but never posts anything because of his member status).
EDIT: Whoops, turns out those who were in the pending approval stage don't get a second chance. Luckily I found that out before that 30 minutes to edit my post stage were up.

How to pass the quiz easy as shit:
1. Fill in everything obvious
2. Guess
3. Fail
4. Hit "Back", try again
5. Repeat until pass
6. ???
7. Profit!

I'm surprised I passed trial the first time. I was a huge turd back then. I don't think I'll have a problem this time.

I actually got a chance to apply what I know! For some strange reason, I knew almost all the technical information off the top of my head. Go fig. =P
On a side note, it wouldn't let me take the advanced technical test. Which I wanted to. Simply for the Hell of it.

The advanced technical test isn't available yet, since the lame ass fuckers running this board couldn't get questions for it in time. D:

The test is still too easy. I did it without googling any of the answers and I really don't know much.
I think it's kind of annoying that I cant' view a good portion of the forums despite not actually having done anything wrong, but meh.
