Top Gear II (also available in SNES with music during race, but at lower resolution)
Shadow Dancer
The Lion King (it doesn't have SNES collor depth or PCM power, but extra resolution is welcome)
Cool Spot (and if you like it, Spot Goes to Hollywood later)
Rock 'N Roll Racing (again, no sprite rotation and WAY worse sound than SNES, but it has different layouts for division B and A, which SNES versoin doesn't. Anyway, the Yamaha sounds well enough, also it has an extra song)
Sunset Riders (the levels are totally different from Arcade/SNES, that's why you have to pay it in Genesis AS WELL AS Arcade)
Snow Brothers (sprite limit can become a serious problem in Floor 40 boss)
Pacmania
Puggsy (it has awesome music and it has lots of levels, 51 plus 5 hidden ones to be more precise)
Columns 3 (CPU can be a bitch)
DecapAttack (the original version is sort of gay, but this one is awesome)
Saint Sword, for god's sake! Adventure game with great music (Final Boss's one is a good power metal)
