By looking at the game data. They're all defined in Bytecode/LSelect.bin. The reason nobody found it is probably because nobody looked.
Back when the game was first released, I did look and confirmed earlier in this thread that there were no hidden codes. The code did not exist in the first release, and personally I didn't expect anything to change in subsequent updates which is why I didn't look. (And it doesn't seem like anyone else is interested in looking at these) The layout for the prototype HPZ was in the original release as HPZ Act 2, but the only way you could access it was the same as Egg Gauntlet... by modifying the RSDK file or attaching a debugger.
The current iOS release appears to have the following codes:
01 09 09 02 01 01 02 04
04 01 02 06
01 01 02 04
00 00 00
03 03 03 0B 10 10 10 04
So nothing else as far as level select codes at this time. There's nothing stopping anyone else from looking at, just extract your copy of the game and use the tools to unpack the rsdk.
