Its just the two TJ&E games? They should've added a third game even if it was unrelated. Though, maybe the price point will be lower because of that?

Still, looking forward to picking the games up on the PSN when they release, I've never took the time to beat TJ&E before so this will be a fresh experience like Revenge of Shinobi.

If anything the 3rd game is too big to be an XBLA title...There are "Xbox Originals" that were discontinued some time ago though. either that or no one cares. But I suppose SEGA could put up TJ&E3 on there if it's possible. Of course that probably means no DLC though.

Fuck ToeJam & Earl 3, I'm disappointed they're not including "1.5". =|

Oh hey, two of the achievements are "press the X button" and "press the Y button".

It's the sequel they were originally making, using the engine of TJ&E1. Haven't seen much info on it, but I know they said it existed at some point.

Pretty interesting. I wonder if there is some beta floating around,or if it even got over planning stages...

No, I meant something like another Genesis game, like Ristar or something. (Though with how many re-releases Ristar has gotten lately there is really no excuse to have not played it)

Any screenshots or whatnot? This is the first I've heard of it.

They don't have 1.5 anymore. No pictures, no ROM, no anything. And since it was such a small group of people who made these games, there is basically no chance of anything ever surfacing. Greg (of the main guys who made these games) is very friendly and seems to like to hear from fans. I asked him about it some time ago.

Anyway....FINALLY. This had better have online 2 player mode.

The Vintage Collections for Golden Axe and Streets of Rage both have online co-op according to their descriptions on Xbox Live. :)

Here's the only bit of information I've found on it: Article Here
Spoiler

Looks like it had at least three months of work put into it and a decent chunk of work accomplished before the switch.

I messaged Greg about this too and he said that anything they had of that version is lost. I don't know if that's true or if it's more a case of him not willing to look for it in his household somewhere =P

There was a prototype that was different from the final that DreamTR used to have, but that version was sold to someone he can't remember, and there's no telling if it was the earlier version before it became a platforming game. I'm still trying to track down whoever has it, probably going to be a long search.

Yeah, when I mentioned to him about that beta that was sold, he seemed pretty surprised. He said is was probably a scam or fake (but I know it wasn't, as DreamTR is trusted).

Still too bad we couldn't get it to check, even if it was just an earlier version of the final. (which I also love, just to a lesser extent than the first game)
