Title and SUB really says it all... my hard drive is a 500Gb Toshiba portable hard drive.

One of those ones that didn't require any installations of any kind. Just plug in and go.

SO... can it be done? would be nice to save space on my laptop.

I want to install Game Maker 8.1 for sure... and take it to go, with my work... Generations is an optional one...
Just curious how it would work, if it would.

Game maker would probably work and doesn't really need a reinstallation.
Sonic generations Will work but if used on another PC, it will say that It needs to be reinstalled (Isn't it only being allowed to install on steam directory?)
