Thank you for the opportunity to play this game! It reminds me a lot of Unleashed PS2.

You know, the loading isn't as bad as it could be. I remember playing Soldier of Fortune on the Dreamcast, the fist time a level would load, I'd take out my Gameboy Advance, turn it on, load up Sonic Advance, and pretty much get most of the way to the end of the first act before the loading finished.

Not so much the length of the loading- it's also how frequent.
Here is a basic example.

Game start-
LOAD!
Look about for a mission then find someone-
LOAD!
HEY SONIC WOULD YOU FIND THIS?!
LOAD!
Look about for said thing. Fail and die.
LOAD!
Oh Sonic you fail lolz
LOAD!
Back to game map
and repeat.

Yeah, but here's the thing about Wrath of Cortex's loading screens: Those were eventually fixed.

Anyways, awesome game, Trunks, it's exactly like I'm playing Sonic 06 :v

The biggest and most important alteration I saw here were that the loading screens were severely reduced in this version. Well done, Trunks! I can say that this version really helped me see an appeal I never could on the 360 version :v:

I don't remember when or where but I read a fairly fun bit of trivia that the whole time of loading in an average play-through of the game takes about the same time you could've watched Batman the Dark Knight. If anyone feels like posting some actual numbers though... :v:

An average playthrough? But I thought the only way to get a reliable average is with a whole lot of data points.

It's not so much the duration of loading that's the worst part, it's the frequency. But the game has to reload everything every single time you do something. Install to HDD and load times are cut in half. So essentially, PS3 load times are 3 times as long.

Some how, I knew exactly what this would be. Worst part of the game.

I honestly enjoyed this ten times more than the console version because I didn't have to play anything.
