The only tool I know of is n64Miditool and VGMTrans that works with the n64 version, but I can't find that version and the other tool doesn't work with the rom I want to extract the midis from. The game is Puyo Puyo N Party. So, I'm wonder if there's a way to find the offset of the music in the rom.

I still have the old VGMTrans on my HDD; it doesn't work with that one, either, though. : (

What is VGMTrans doing — expecting a standard Nintendo sound driver but finding a Compile custom one instead? (I'm wondering if they ported their old drivers around... as late as 1999 =P )

Ah, that's a shame. I was replacing the music in Puyo Puyo 20th and wanted some themes form PP4.=/ Would you mind uploading the old VGMTrans?
