68k assembly tools for OS X?

I've been hitting pitfalls in installing Windows via Boot Camp[ on my Mac, and so for now I'm stuck - not spending the time/effort to re-install Parallels.

Do tools for building x68k programs - INCLUDING disassemblies exist for the Mac OS X platform - and which ones, if any do exist, are best suited for trying to build Sonic disassemblies into working ROM images?

There are OS X building tools for the AS based disassemblies. You can check out the Disassemblies page for the older stuff, or the Mercurial repository for the latest disassemblies.
