I also set up a cron job to periodically (that is, every fucking minute) wipe out the error log because that shit grows up to 60 MB in the span of a few minutes.
Are you sure there are no errors that, you know, need fixing? That being said, fixes are always great.

Speaking as an admin of my own site (with its own error log!), even a properly working site throws tons of errors in that log.
They can't all be fixed. And they're often stupid.

I wonder how many bugs does IPB have on average? Seems to be one of the glitchiest board software around? Maybe I don't recall other boards having as many bugs but they could have also been quiet on them?

Trust me, none of so-called 'professional' boards run without errors.

Those errors may be the result of people trying to access threads that may not exist anymore, or have been moved to a private location. And with "On The Forums" displaying threads from non-public locations...

It isn't a users-specific issue, it's a SQL issue. It's the SQL logs that were causing this lovely thing.
Anyway, should all be working now.

'Tis indeed. Thanks!
Edit: Well… Creative Works is now doing the converse, showing an older ‘latest’ topic on the main page but being fine inside the subforum itself. Bizarre. not no more
