Protip: The 712 prototype does not have the fadeouts either. This one is available in lossless unlike the 510 prototype.

I direct you to SonAR to find BIN/CUE dumps.
You can use CDmage to open the CUE and extract the audio tracks as WAV.
I would host the FLAC myself somewhere but can't.

I noticed a hiss pattern on several tracks where in the original game there is cut-off and just digital selience. Look at Zone Clear from the original game and the soundtrack version in Exact Audio Copy's wave editor with spectral view.
It's also 25% louder than the original game's redbook audio but with a limiter. Maybe the loops were really that bad originally?
EDIT:
Looks like they couldn't get the artist name right and put SEGA. Pretty lazy. Besides... I hold onto my CD that bought from Japan and enjoy true CD Quality audio instead of iTunes quality. 1411kbps vs 256kbps here. Let's see.... inb4 Wavemaster goes after downloaders for getting FLAC... That's going to be new low. Calling it now.

Hmm, really? I thought it was only 512 that had the non-modified music. I will of course go through the trouble of getting the music, so I hope you are right!
EDIT:
The Special Stage music is the same as in final (fading out), while the one in 512 is superior, longer, loops.

I'm too lazy to import, so this is a GODSEND to me. Plus, this probably means that they'll release the Sonic Generations tracks on iTunes, too!
Totally gonna buy dat Sonic CD OST.

Yes the title screen was a bonus!
Is there something bad with the beginning of Metallic Madness Bad Future? I can hear a very short digital mess right at the start.
Oh, it is called 510. Damn those build numbers mix up in my head.

Sega should totally track down and release the Sonic OVA soundtrack while they're on the subject of soundtracks *hint*hint*
