Downloading with the force of a thousand dragons. It's 2:00am over here (UK) meaning I can't actually stay up and play this (long day tomorrow and have to wake up at 9:30am) but I am so dedicating the next available night to this. Extremely glad you finally took the leap of faith and released this Hez. It was brave of you to beta-test the shit out of this and I think that will be reflected in the impressions. I'm going to have to evade the early reviews in here to go in blind but I will adhere to my earlier promise to write a substantial review of the game.
Really looking forward to playing through this. Shame I can't just hit this tonight. I'm almost considering just staying up (all night) but I think I would regret that tomorrow. Thanks again Hez. A review is coming your way over the weekend.

Awesome. Very nice to see this released in a (somewhat) finalized form.
One odd bug I encountered: I managed to die in the special stage (fell off the item box) and Sonic fell off the bottom of the screen extremely slowly. Might want to fix that and/or make dying in the special stage immediately eject you, and maybe put in a small platform where the item box is (it could disappear when you break the box)?
