My new metal Sonic Head, for Sonic CD remix. yes yes I know that its incomplete I just started this one an hour or so ago.
@Andrew- Very nice. I'm very anxious to see the finished product. Hello, everyone. Not sure if these are where this goes but who gives a damn. I thought I'd share a few pieces of graphic. They were intended to be trunks of a palm tree, however I am no longer using them so they are free to use by anyone. Both were made from scratch in paint. They can be whatever you want them to be at the moment. See ya.
If only one layer of those were to be used, they'd make a pretty cool looking pot or vase for a plant or flower. I might use these in my hack.
Here is the current song we're using for Cascade Grove, done by our wonderful Columind. I'm quite proud of how much of a Saturn Sonic vibe it gives. What do you guys think?
Alright, OB, now that's some hot stuff. You always are pushing me towards begging to play your latest builds D=
Forgive me for asking, but what's the giant green line for? Debug purposes, obviously, but still curious all the same.
The editor has a "guides" feature that helps the user line things up in the level. The guides can be horizontal or vertical. I think the reason the line is in the shot is my fault - the guides might not disappear as they should when the debugger is hidden, I'll have to look into it.
I'm probably going to get my ass kicked for asking, but I've read the rules for posting images and I'm having trouble posting. I tried to post them from ImageShack, but it's not allowed by the administrator. Any ideas?
Try Photobucket or Dropbox. For Photobucket you register a free account and upload your images, after which you can link them to other sites. For Dropbox it's basically a folder on your computer that auto-uploads images inside it to your online account... after which you can link them to other sites.
Here's a couple of screens from my upcoming fangame, Sonic: Exodos. It's mostly inspired by an old fangame called Sonic MADventure, one of my favorites. I should be releasing a short demo very soon.
I think you could change the Eggrobos perspective, they aren't matching to Sonic, Tails and the rings.
Looks pretty good, though I'd say those wavy oval shapes are a bit too simplistic in comparison to the rest of the level's detail. I don't know what to suggest, perhaps just make it look a tad more organic. But I like how you have added simplistic patterns into an otherwise detailed level, it just looks a bit strange to me. Thinking about it, this is me just being fussy.
