Clarification request: Should fan-game threads go in E&RE, General Sonic, Creative Works or any/two of the three? They usually seem to end up in E&RE, but we don't seem to have a set rule on this.

While it's kinda off-topic, may I ask why you had to make this? Were there really some people who didn't know where to put what?
