I had the same issue with the foot. Got it on there but not all the way.

I was surprised to see Metal Sonic with a foot missing, I thought it would come fully assembled. I managed to slid the foot on without issue, it was a little bit stiff but some gentle pressure eased it on. The peg on my model was square though, matching the hole. There is a tiny blemish behind one of his ears and the gold line on the base is a bit sloppy. It's only noticeable under close inspection, so not really an issue.

I lifted the statue off its plinth to replace the batteries and the leg fell off. I guess I'll be emailing First4Figures in the morning. Has anyone had any experience with their returns department before? And was it a pleasant experience? I'd be thankful for any advice given.

There was a pretty bad defect with the paint of my Exclusive Super Sonic, and they were happy to send me a replacement and let me keep the old one (although it took quite a few months for them to make another batch of Super Sonics and fulfill their promise). But now I have two exclusive Super Sonics (albeit one's a little defective) for the price of one.

That is hot sh*t awsome, totally buying one, although this time, the "light up" version dosen't really add anything to it

I think I'm just gonna stick with the regular version, the glowy mushrooms don't do anything for me lol

Instead of the lights, they should have plugged a small motor in his butt and made the tails spin XD

Yeah, gonna be getting the regular version myself too, same with knuckles probably. Like this one a lot more than the Knuckles one though, has the most well designed stand of the lot and effect worth the spinning Tails and the dust is really nicely done. Plus it's super cute as Tails should be.
