The first few times I finnished Sonic 2, the ending was in colors. No lies here, I'm not a hoaxer. My family confirmed it. Like I said, though, it mysteriously seems to disappear for the people who claim to have seen it.

Do you need to beat the game honestly, without level select/debug? `Cause I can`t do that, it`s too hard. :D

Then you need the easy mode of Sonic 2. I will try to port it.

How long did it take you to port Sonic 1 easy mode?

2 minutes to port all the levels. 10 minutes to port the level order. 2 minutes to upload it to a server :P

I never saw the colored endings, they were always black and white. I decompiled my roms and never found a colored ending in them, they turned out black and white. I have a problem now with roms, my old decompiler stoped working about a year ago so I can't extract images and spirits from roms anymore.

Sonic Jam has special Sonic game versions. They have a lot of files with different data in them. What I did was to take the data for the objects and rings, and put them into our Sonic 1 ROM. This is called porting data from one game to another

Extracting graphics through a decompiler? Cool. How is that done, what decompiler is it?
