www.digitpress.com has one in the Modern Gaming forum. Digitpress.com is probably the best site for all gaming in general and they have a collector's database showing rarities of games and things like that. You could even find links to where you can buy rom carts so you can play hacks on your real Genesis and Nintendo hardware. They do make a few Sonic topics here and there.

Seriously. I'd expect that the admins, of ALL PEOPLE, should know that the Sonic fanbase is one of the shittiest fanbases of all. If you want to have a quality board, just keep the shit off, and it'll be fine.
